Producing Shepherd’s Smoked Bone Broth is a labor of love comprised of several stages. From brining our birds to smoking and bathing them with veggies and aromatics, every step is carefully crafted to enhance the end product. We brine with a combination of salts and sugars before we babysit them overnight in the smoker. Once they are smoked to fully cooked perfection, we bathe them in filtered water with quite a bit of company including ginger, carrots, celery, onion, peppercorns and a top secret combo of spices!
